Dr. Mario A. Garcia is a seasoned plaintiffs’ attorney, former prosecutor, and retired U.S. Army Captain known for his strategic excellence and results-driven advocacy. He led the firm’s flagship Big Dig wrongful death case in Boston, Massachusetts, achieving the highest non-jury award in state history. A graduate of the University of Miami School of Law (J.D.) and Loyola University Chicago School of Law (LL.M. in Health Law), Dr. Garcia also holds a Psy.D., magna cum laude, from California Southern University, a Post-Doctorate in Neuropsychology from Fielding University, and a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University, and is a Master Certified Coach (International Coach Federation). Licensed in Florida, New York, and the District of Columbia, he integrates legal precision with a holistic perspective to serve clients with integrity, compassion, and excellence.

Attorney Jessica Justicia is a seasoned federal trial lawyer and licensed attorney in Puerto Rico and the Federal Courts, bringing extensive courtroom and litigation experience to Garcia Law Offices, P.A. Her distinguished career includes serving as Legal Counsel to the House of Representatives of Puerto Rico, where she provided legal analysis, drafted legislation, and advised on complex constitutional and administrative matters.

With a strong foundation in federal practice and trial advocacy, Attorney Justicia is known for her meticulous preparation, persuasive litigation strategy, and commitment to excellence in every case she handles. Her combined government and federal experience give her a unique perspective on navigating high-stakes legal matters with precision, integrity, and professionalism.

Erica Rodriguez serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Garcia Law Offices, P.A., where she oversees organizational strategy, operational excellence, and client experience across all practice areas. A Master of Science graduate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida, Erica brings a deep understanding of human performance, workplace dynamics, and systems optimization to the legal profession.

From 2003 to 2015, she served as Lead Paralegal at Garcia Law Offices, gaining extensive experience in litigation management, case preparation, and client relations. Today, she combines that foundation with her credentials as a Certified Neuro Strategic Coach, applying neuroscience-based performance strategies to enhance team effectiveness, leadership alignment, and organizational culture.
